About me...

Professional experience

I studied, qualified and worked as a personal trainer in Atlanta, Georgia USA, before most people in the UK knew what one was. I returned to London in 1992. Today, as a personal training specialist and performance coach, my perspective is unique. Consolidating more than 30 years of experience so far, I have worked all over the world and prepared thousands of different lifestyle programmes for a diverse and sometimes challenging client base. From Hollywood film stars, world champion athletes and supermodels, to the seriously ill and injured (people recovering from addiction and substance abuse to patients with MS, Parkinson’s disease and ALS / MND)

Professional associations

As part of a multi-disciplinary, global support network that includes some of the World’s leading clinical and medical experts, coaches, scientists and research institutions (including Harvard medical school, the national strength and conditioning association of America, the Mayo Clinic and the journal of the American medical association) I am positioned to provide specialist referrals in the UK, Australia and the USA. I also have access to some of the latest primary source, scientific research, related to anti-ageing and longevity, weight-loss and immune health.

Personal experience

However, it is my personal life experiences that have also contributed significantly to my lifestyle management philosophies today. I may be a trainer, but you could be surprised to learn that what we have in common may be far greater than our differences? As I transitioned from my 40’s into my 50’s, I was forced to embrace a new and unexpected challenge. I disclose more of my personal battles with adversity and how I’ve fought my way back from rock bottom in the first installment of my free mini e-book series, which serves as an introduction to my lifestyle management programme.
