It doesn’t matter who you are or what you believe you can or cannot do, it’s never too late to make a start, regardless of your physical abilities, athletic prowess or previous exercise experiences. Or age. Just because you may have less time and energy and an inability to recover from hangovers like you used to doesn’t mean that you need to accept the associated problems that getting older brings. You still have a choice, so open up your mind to the possibilities for your future. Take it from me, many of the problems you may associate with getting older, have, in reality, little to do with the ageing process.
My age and experience are my advantage and your opportunity. A few years may have passed since my 50th birthday, but as a personal trainer with more than 3 decades of experience, when it comes to age-specific weight-management, fitness and immune health, what’s important to me will be important to anyone aged 50 and above. My unique insights, guidance and advice can help to empower you with the procedural exercise, nutritional and motivational knowledge to challenge your current expectations, reconsider your potential and help you to start looking, feeling and perform better.
Better health care starts with better self-care. Ok, so you may have eaten too much, drank too much and exercised too little or not at all in your 20’s, 30’s and 40’s, but if you’re aged 50 and above, you don’t have to have it all figured out to make some small lifestyle changes and start to look, feel and perform better from today! I can’t be with you in person, so to help you start making informed lifestyle decisions, I have created a series of mini e-books that you can access for free. Yes, for free. Simply go to my contact page and sign up at no cost. Over the coming weeks and months, you will receive my exclusive anti- aging weight-loss and wellness content delivered direct to your e-mail inbox.
